Fundraising:-
 
Our next fundraiser will be in the form of a 'Festival of Football', Sunday 27th May, 2012 on Ashbourne Recreation Ground for age groups under 7's - under 12's.  The under 7's & under 8's will be playing non competitively and will all receive an award for taking part.  The under 9's - under 12's will play competitively against visiting teams.  The morning session is for under 7's - under 9's and the afternoon is for under 10's - under 12's.  The cost for visiting teams to take part in this 'seven a side' tournament is £25.00 per team.

The Tombola and Hamper Raffle at Late Night Shopping in Ashbourne on Friday 9th December raised a combined total of £455.00 for the club.  Thanks to all who donated prizes, bought tickets and ran the stalls on the evening.

Aztecs' Christmas Party for age groups u-7's - u10's on Saturday 17th December was a great success with the balloon release and Santa's appearance adding to the fun this year.  Total raffle ticket sales amounted to £839.00, a record again for the club, thanks to all who supported this either by purchasing tickets or donating prizes.  A full list of prize winners is on the special events page of the website.Thanks also to the parents of the under 7's - under 10's for providing the pooled buffet at the party, a lovely spread once again.

The whisky game which took place at the end of the Race Night on 25th November raised £75.00. Thank you to Gerald Bradshaw who donated the whisky.

 

Final figure for total profit from the  race night was  £765.00 for the club. 

 

 

An enjoyable night for all who attended and a good fundraiser for the club, thanks for your support to everyone who turned up or sponsored the event in any way.  A special thank you to Nigel Brown from Nigel's butchers for 'running the event' and to the Royal Oak who hosted it and provided the delicious food.

Aztecs visited Mappleton Field Day on Sunday 17th July 2011 and donated £143.00 from the football towards the pavillion funds.

The car treasure hunt raised £120.00 for the club on 8/7/2011, thanks to all those who took part and to those who donated to the club despite being unable to attend on the night.
 
1st place was claimed by the Barke's - £50.00 (under 8's)
2nd place was claimed by the Collins' - £25.00 (under 10's)
3rd place was claimed by the Dutton's - £10.00 (new under 7's, current under 6's)

The Christmas raffle 2010 raised £766.00 for the club, this again was higher than last year, thank you to everyone who purchased tickets and donated prizes.
